i'll probably just title all my posts here virginia numbers..
so we've been doing some touring and have had a lot of fun. i went with my family and did a ton of touring while they were here, but i didn't take a lot of pictures because i knew i'd come back with john. john and i went to d.c. today for some touring, and so here are just a few pictures that i have.
ok i'm going to do fast captions, i've been on the computer for like 3 hours. this is the washington d.c. temple. it's beautiful

arlington cemetery. john and i will go back and see the changing of the guards sometime this summer.
matching swim suits! arys likes going to our apt. pool every day.
firefly!! or john calls them a lightning bug. i was really proud of this picture. john caught one and when he touched it's bum, it would light up. one of the coolest things about being out here.
john loved looking at all the buildings in d.c. they are all so gorgeous

this is the closest we can get without getting passes form our congressmen to go in.
washington monument.there is a million things to see out here. it has been so fun to see all the places that i've read about in history.

So fun! I am one of Johns many cousins...not really a blogstalker, just checkin in on my cousins. We moved to NY for 5 years with our little ones and had adventures like you wouldn't believe! DC amazed me, everything was real and not in a book! Let me know if you have time and money for a day or two in Penn. or NY and I will give you a few fun things to do! Enjoy! There's nothing quite like back east!

I went to D.C. when I was in high school and got to see the changing of the guard--it was awesome! And read up on some of the strict rules they obey!
