this is my little nephew Jake. He is so cute! i don't know a whole lot about the situation. i tend to not pay attention when people say big words.. he has a heart problem where he is basically missing half his heart. they have already done a temporary sergury and he is doing great!
you can kind of see john's hand to compare the size of jake. it is so sad to see a baby with those wires all over him.
